…Next month in Manhattan, Arc and Sound of Dance begins filming a proof-of-concept mini-pilot for the Netflix- or Hulu-ready docuseries that will bring dancers’ real stories to the screen.

…Your gift will ensure that these dancers are paid fairly – $30/hour for rehearsal and $200 for the four-hour filming – instead of the usual $20 or less and oftentimes nothing at all for rehearsal time.

…You’ll also be standing with Grammy and Pulitzer winner David Lang, Amazon Prime “Etoile” star prima ballerina Constance Devernay, and the UK’s acclaimed choreographer Jordan James Bridge, the three internationally-acclaimed artists starring in Arc and Sound of Dance. They will be setting a new industry standard by making sure that dancers at the start of their careers are valued as creators, not gig workers.

…You will be credited by name in the film for every dollar you contribute. Give $100 or more and you’ll be invited to meet the cast in Manhattan when the cameras roll.
